小儿慢性荨麻疹血清IgE水平变化与氯雷他定糖浆结合玉屏风颗粒药浴疗法相关性研究

摘　　要：目的：观察小儿慢性荨麻血清IgE的水平变化与氯雷他定糖浆结合玉屏风颗粒药浴治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效及相关性。方法：2011年11月～2013年5月我院对87例慢性荨麻疹患儿随机分为单一药物治疗组44例和联合药物治疗组43例，单一组给予氯雷他定糖浆口服，联合组加用玉屏风颗粒药浴治疗，均连续使用5周，观察治疗前后两组患儿的风团数目，大小，水肿程度、痛痒和每次发作时间以及测定患者血清总IgE水平。结果：治疗前IgE明显高于正常对照组（P＜0.01），治疗后IgE水平恢复正常水平（P＞0.05）单一组有效率为68.18％，联合组有效率为95.34％。两组血清IgE水平变化及疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：氯雷他定糖浆加用玉屏风颗粒治疗小儿慢性荨麻疹可达到良好的治疗效果，并可以使IgE水平下降，联合组与单一组比较，疗效及IgE水平下降显著，治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效确切，无明显不良反应，复发率低，是治疗慢性荨麻疹的一种安全有效的治疗方法。Objective：To observe the efficacy and relevance between changes of serum IgE levels in children with chronic urticaria and loratadine syrup combining medicated bath therapy by Yupingfeng particles. Methods：87 cases of children with chronic urticaria from November 2011 to June 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into a treatment group of 44 cases treated with single-drug therapy and a treatment group of 43 cases treated with combination therapy. The single - drug therapy group patients were given a single oral loratadine syrup, while the patients in the combination group were cured by the Yu ping feng particles medicated bath treatment. 5 weeks in succession . The size, edema , itching and time of each episode and the determination of total serum IgE levels were observed before and after the treatment. Results：Before the treatment, IgE level is significantly higher than that the control group（P〈0.01） , after the treatment, IgE level return to normal levels （P〉0.05）. The effective rate of the single group was 68.18%, the joint group was 95.34%. There was statistically significant （P〈0.05） difference between two groups.Conclusions：The combination treatment of the loratadine syrup and Yuping feng particles to chronic urticaria of children can achieve a good therapeutic effect and make IgE levels drop. Compared with the single group, the combined group decreased significantly without any adverse reactions and but with low recurrence rate which is a safe and effective method to cure chronic urticaria.
