摘　　要：孙虹教授临床20余载,遣方用药必辨病与辨证相结合,对各类常见及疑难性皮肤病见解独到,治疗小儿过敏性紫癜主张尽量避免使用激素及免疫抑制剂,支持纯中医中药疗法,理法方药特色鲜明,前期以凉血活血为要,后期以健脾益气为本,临床随症加减,行药谨慎、灵活,攻邪与固本并举,在保证疗效、预防复发、保护肾脏等方面每获佳效,值得推广应用。The professor SUN Hong has Engaged in clinical work more than 20 years. She has profound knowledge and original understanding on the all kinds of common and refractory dermatosis. She makes a prescription with the combination of diseases and syndromes. She advocates in the treatment of pediatric allergic purpura to avoid using of hormone and immune inhibitor as far as possible and supports the pure Chinese medicine therapy, principle-method-recipe-medicines with distinct characteristics.The early stage of the diseases attach great importance to the cool invigorate the circulation of blood,the end stage of the diseases attach importance to invigorating spleen and supplementing qi.She also has caution and flexibility with the clinical use of herbs. She attaches great importance to the guaranteed results, prevention of recurrence, the protection of the kidney. The treatment of pediatric allergic purpura has obtained good effect.It is worthy of popularization and application.
