玉米自交系的新种子和陈种子的不同生化指标灰色关联度分析

摘　　要：[目的]找出与玉米自交系种子活力关系最为密切的指标,为玉米自交系种子活力测定提供可靠依据。[方法]应用灰色关联度分析方法,对5个玉米自交系新陈种子的不同生化指标进行灰色关联度分析。[结果]不同生化指标与田间出苗率的关联度大小为:SOD活性(r4)>POD活性(r1)>淀粉酶活性(r7)>脱氢酶活性(r6)>CAT活性(r3)>MDA含量(r5)>AsAPOD活性(r2)。[结论]SOD活性可以作为玉米自交系活力测定一项较好的生化指标。[Objective] To find out the most significant index and provide reliable determination basis to seed vigor of maize inbred lines. [Method] Grey correlative degree analysis was used to study the relationship belween different biochemical indexes and field seedling percentage on the new and of 15 seeds of 5 maize inbred lines.[Resultl The activity of superoxide dismutase （r4）〉the activity of peroxidase （n） 〉the activity of anylelytie anzyme （r7） 〉the activity of dehydrogenase （r6） 〉the activity of catalyses （r3） 〉the content of MDA （rs） 〉tile activity of ascorbate peroxidase （rz）. [Conclusion] The activity of SOD could be the biochemical index for the maize seed vigor.
