摘 要:[目的]研究不同原料生物炭对水稻幼苗生长发育的影响,为生物炭田间施用提供理论支持.[方法]采用竹炭、稻秆炭和烟秆炭,通过不同添加量对水稻幼苗进行培养并测定幼苗长度和干重,以探究不同生物炭对水稻发育的潜在影响.[结果]3种生物炭在添加量小于10%时为安全用量,竹炭和稻秆炭的最适添加量为5%左右,烟秆炭最适添加量在0.5% ~1.0%;3种生物炭添加量超过50%时均会抑制水稻幼苗生长,其中烟秆炭抑制效果最强.[结论]适量添加生物炭有益于水稻幼苗生长,烟秆炭可能会对作物产生不良作用,应严格控制施用量和施用方法.[Objective] The aim was to evaluate the effect of different biochars on the growth of rice seedlings and to provide evidence and support for the use of biochars in practice.[Method] Three kinds of biochar made from bamboo,rice straw and tobacco stem were tested.The length and weight of rice seedlings treated with various biochars were measured and used for the assessment of biochar use in agriculture.[Result] Results showed that the application rate of biochar less than 10% was safe for rice seedling growth.The application rate of 5% was suitable for bamboo and rice straw biochar,and 0.5%-1.0% for tobacco biochar.However,when the biochar application rate was more than 50%,the growth of rice seedling was inhibited,where tobacco biochar showed the greatest inhibition effect.[Conclusion] Therefore,a suitable application rate of biochar would be useful for the rice growth,however,tobacco biochar has a potential negative effect and should be controlled in use and rate.
