摘 要:[目的]研究白腐真菌岛生异担子菌对染料的降解作用.[方法]对野外采集到的岛生异担子菌进行纯培养,优化菌丝体培养条件,并对岛生异担子菌降解脱色作用的影响因素进行研究.[结果]岛生异担子菌最适培养基配方为:葡萄糖10.0 g/L,酒石酸铵0.5g/L,KH2PO4 2.0 g/L,MgSO4·7H2O 0.5 g/L,CaCl2 0.075 g/L,Tween-80 0.4 g/L,VB1 1×10-4 g/L,pH 3.0.岛生异担子茵降解染料的最适氮源为酒石酸铵,浓度范围为0.5~1.0 g/L;最适碳源为葡萄糖,浓度范围为10.0 ~ 15.0 g/L;最适pH为3.0~3.5.[结论]岛生异担子菌对染料脱色降解效果与培养基中碳源、氮源的浓度在一定范围内呈正相关.[Objective] The research aimed to study on the degradation effects of white-rot fungus Heterobasidion insulare on dye.[Method]Samples of H.insulare gathered from the wild were cultured purely to optimize the best cultivation conditions.Then the influence factors on the decolorization and degradation of H.insulare on dye were investigated.[Resuh] The results showed that the optimum culture medium was as following:glucose 10.0 g/L,ammonium tartrate 0.5 g/L,KH2PO4 2.0 g/L,MgSO4 · 7H2O 0.5 g/L,CaCl2 0.075 g/L,Tween-80 0.4 g/L,VB1 1 × 10-4 g/L,pH 3.0.The optimum nitrogen source for the degradation of dye with H.insulare was ammonium tartrate,with concentrations of 0.5-1.0 g/L.The optimum carbon source was glucose,with concentrations of 10.0-15.0 g/L.The optimum pH was 3.0-3.5.[Conclusion] The effects of decolorization and degradation of H.insulare on dye had positive correlation with the carbon sources and nitrogen sources concentrations within a certain range.
