摘　　要：第二次全国土地调查是国务院部署的重大国情国力调查,是加强土地管理和调控的一项重要基础工作。该研究以山东省临邑县的农村土地调查数据库建设为实例,探讨了MapGIS软件在建立县级农村土地利用数据库过程中的实际应用,该数据库为实现土地利用数据的信息化、科学管理和宏观调控提供了可靠的数据依据。The second national wide land survey,which is arranged by the State Council for knowing our national conditions and strengths,is a very important fundamental program for strengthening the land administration and control.Taking the database construction of Linyi County,Shandong Province about rural land-survey data as an example,how to make use of MapGIS software to establish the county-level＇s rural landuse database was discussed,which will provide the reliable data for achieving the informatization,scientific management and macro-control purpose of land-use data.
