5S管理方法在高校药学专业基础化学实验室的应用

摘　　要：简要介绍了5S管理概念。结合河南中医学院药学院基础化学实验室实际情况,客观分析在日常管理中存在的问题,提出将管理学中的5S理念引进实验室的管理中。以促进我院基础化学实验室尽快走向规范化管理,提高工作效率,节约经费开支,培养实验人员良好的实验素养,最终使实验室管理工作迈上一个新台阶。This paper briefly introduces the 5S management concept. The 5S method of management were introduced to manage the basic chemistry laboratory by combining with the actual situation of basic chemistry laboratory of School of Medicine, Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The problems were impersonally analyzed in routine management of the basic chemistry laboratory. Based on these problems, methods of 5S management are put forward to strengthen and improve the management level of basic chemistry laboratory. The present study would further help the college enhance the work efficiency, save expenses, train the good qualities of students and teachers in experiment, and finally upgrade the laboratory management work to a new level.
