摘　　要：促进研究生教育质量提升和内涵发展是研究生教育最核心最紧迫的任务,针对研究生扩招后出现的新情况和影响地方高校研究生培养质量的一些新问题,就如何解决这些问题,黑龙江科技大学结合学校实际和发展定位,进行了积极的探索,取得了良好的效果,为地方大学研究生培养提供了经验。The most essential and pressing task of the postgraduate education is to promote the improvement of education quality and development of connotation. Some new situation emerged after the expansion of graduate students and some new problems of affecting training quality of local college graduate students existed. According to how to solve these problems, the Heilongjiang Science and Technology University has been actively doing exploration with the combination of practice and its development orientation, and has achieved good results. It provides experience for the local university postgraduate training.
