摘　　要：21世纪的世界,经济飞速发展,全球经济一体化已经成为不可阻挡的趋势,国际贸易的急剧增加需要大量精通商务知识和英语知识的综合性人才。多元化的社会必然需要多元化的人才,在社会和经济大发展的社会背景下,英语已经成为必不可少的交流工具和工作手段。全方位、高质量的人才市场对传统的英语教学提出了更高的要求。必须要进行商务英语人才教育模式的改革,才能满足社会发展的需要。本文将对基于项目的商务英语人才培养模式进行深入研究。In the 21st century, the economy has a rapid development, and global economic integration has become an irresistible trend. The sharp increase in international trade business requires a lot of comprehensive talents with rich business and English knowledge. Diversified society necessarily requires diversified talents. In the social context of social and economic development, English has become an essential communication tool and working means. Comprehensive and high-quality talent market puts forward higher requirements for traditional English teaching. It is necessary to reform the education model of business English so as to meet the needs of social development. This paper conducts in-depth study of the training model of business English talents based on project.
