中医特色护理辅助治疗胃脘痛脾胃虚寒证的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医特色护理方案辅助治疗胃脘痛脾胃虚寒证的临床疗效及护理满意度。方法:将86例胃脘痛脾胃虚寒证患者随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用常规诊疗及常规护理措施,观察组在常规诊疗及常规护理基础上加用中医特色护理,饮食调护、情志护理、症候观察护理等综合护理措施,对比观察两组胃脘痛脾胃虚寒证患者治疗前后的主要临床症状积分变化,主要临床症状缓解时间,平均住院时间,总的临床疗效及护理满意度,护理依从性。结果:中医特色护理组在临床总有效率,主要临床症状缓解时间,平均住院时间与对照组比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),中医特色护理组在治疗前后主要临床症状积分改善,护理满意度,护理依从性与对照组比较,差异不具有显著性(P>0.05)。结论:中医特色护理方案护理胃脘痛脾胃虚寒证的临床效果明显优于常规护理,能较迅速缓解主要临床症状,缩短住院时间,护理依从性和护理满意度好,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect and nursing satisfaction epigastric pain, weakness of the spleen and stomach TCM nursing care in treatment of auxiliary.Methods： 86 cases of epigastric pain, weakness of the spleen and stomach were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group with routine treatment and routine nursing, the observation group in the conventional therapy and routine nursing plus TCM nursing, diet nursing, psychological nursing, disease observation nursing comprehensive nursing measures of treatment, observation of the main the clinical symptoms before and after treatment in patients with two groups of epigastric pain, weakness of the spleen and stomach integral change, the main clinical symptoms time, hospitalization time, clinical curative effect and nursing satisfaction, nursing compliance.Results：the characteristic of TCM nursing group total effectiveness in clinical, the main clinical symptoms time, hospitalization time compared with the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）, the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing group improved, before and after the treatment in the main clinical symptoms of integral nursing satisfaction, compliance of nursing and the control group, the difference was not significant （P〉t0.05）.Conclusion：routine nursing clinical effect was better than the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing care programme epigastric pain, weakness of the spleen and stomach, can quickly relieve clinical symptoms, shorten the time of hospitalization, the compliance of nursing and nursing satisfaction, worthy of clinical application.
