针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的取穴规律分析

摘　　要：目的:探寻椎动脉型颈椎病针灸取穴规律。方法:检索CNKI、VIP,建立椎动脉型颈椎病针灸取穴数据库,采用SPSS17.0统计软件统计描述。结果:治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的针灸穴位共计72个,使用频次为1005次;所用腧穴归属为督脉、足少阳胆经、经外奇穴、足太阳膀胱经及足阳明胃经频次最多,其累积频率达82.29%;其中风池穴的频率为19.11%;夹脊穴的频率为17.13%;百会穴的频率为12.3%,三穴累积频率达64.28%。结论:针灸治疗本病,以疏通局部经络,调节阴阳气血,临床选取督脉、足少阳胆经、奇穴以及风池、夹脊、百会三穴治疗最多。Objective：To explore acupuncture on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type acupoint selection rule.method：The retrieval of CNKI, VIP, establish acupuncture on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type acupoint database, using SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical description.Results：Acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type for a total of 72, using a frequency of 1005 times;the acupoints belonging to the Du meridian, Gallbladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang, Poinst of Back acupoints, bladder meridian of Foot-Taiyang and stomach meridian of Foot-Yangming maximum frequency, cumulative frequency up to 82.29%;wherein the Fengchi frequency 19.11%; Jiaji points the frequency of 17.13%; Baihui frequency was 12.3%, three points up to 64.28%cumulative frequency.Conclusion：Acupuncture treatment of this disease, Dredge main and collateral channels, regulating yin and Yang Qi and blood, the clinical selection of Du meridian, Gallbladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang, Poinst of Back acupoints and Fengchi, Jiaji, Baihui acupoint treatment of the most .
