摘　　要：目的提高气管切开患者一次堵管成功率。方法 QC小组活动。结果气管切开患者一次堵管成功率由活动前的61.4%提高到活动后的88.24%,达到了活动目标,提高了患者满意度,提升了团队知识水平,增进了团队协同解决问题的意识。Objective To improve success rate of the first incision blocking among patients with trachea incision. Method QC group activities. Result The success rate of the first incision blocking among patients with trachea incision increased from 61.4% to 88.24% after the activity, reaching the activity target. It improved satisfaction level of patients, improved the level of knowledge and collaborative team problem -solving initiative consciousness.
