摘　　要：简要阐述了智慧城市建设模式差异,对智慧城市建设采用系统工程的理论和方法的重要性进行了讨论,然后提出智慧城市系统工程进行设计创新的几个问题。The difference of Smart City construction mode worldwide is described, and the importance of adopting the system engineering theory and method for Smart City construction is discussed. Then, several problems on the design innovation of City system engineering are proposed.
