沥青路面沥青老化规律及再生技术分析

摘　　要：沥青路面的老化破坏主要是由于沥青的老化引起的。通过对沥青路面中不同使用年限和层位的沥青进行三大指标试验和四组分试验,结果表明:沥青的使用层位越浅,使用年限越长,沥青中的饱和分含量越低,沥青质、胶质含量越高,老化程度越严重;添加6%左右的ZS再生剂能够恢复甚至提高老化沥青的技术性能;而仅添加新沥青通常只能制备出与低标号沥青相近的再生沥青。Aging damage of asphalt road is mainly caused by aging. Three index tests and four component tests on different service life and diverse layers have been taken, and the results show that service life increases as the layer decreases, resin and asphahene content grows higher as saturates content become lower and the aging problem grows greater. Add 6% ZS additive could improve or restore the technical performance of aging asphalt while add new asphalt could only produce recycled asphalt which is similar to low - grade asphalt.
