摘　　要：介绍了一起循环流化床电站锅炉发生的尾部烟道再燃烧事故,详细阐述了事故过程,深入分析了事故原因,明确指出了电厂在安全管理和应急救援方面存在的问题并在此基础上提出了合理建议。A secondary combustion accident in rear flue of a circulating fluidized bed boiler was introduced. The process was described in detail and the causes were deeply analyzed. In addition, the problems and shortcomings in safety management and urgent rescue of the power plant were pointed out. And more importantly, some reasonable suggestions were provided.
