摘　　要：以天津市滨海新区为例,采用比较分析法、问题导向法以及理论分析与实地调查相结合的方法,在全面探讨城市空间扩展的时空特征的基础上,从区位组合效益、空间集聚程度和职住分离现象分析了城市新区空间结构存在的问题;基于精明增长理念,提出了紧凑式的城市空间布局、公共交通优先的基础设施建设和混合功能的土地开发模式3种城市新区空间结构优化的有效途径,为滨海新区乃至我国其他城市新区的建设发展提供借鉴。The paper selects Tianjin Binhai New Area as an example, and adopts comparative analysis, problem-oriented method, theoretical analysis and field surveys, on the basis of the comprehensive study of the spatial and temporal characteristics of urban expansion, it analyses spatial structure of a new urban area from the aspects of position combination benefits, spatial agglomeration degree and home-work separation phenomenon. Based on the concept of smart growth, the research proposes three effective patterns of optimizing the spatial structure of a new urban area, a compact urban space layout, public transport infrastructure priorities and mixed patterns of land development, to provide reference for the construction of Binhai New Area and even other new areas in our country.
