摘 要:近年来,新兴的高速铁路交通对我国居民的出游行为产生了重要影响。基于449份问卷调查资料,研究高铁开通后南京城市居民的出游行为变化及其对高铁旅游响应的群体性差异特征。研究结果表明:(1)高速铁路对城市居民的出游时间、出游方式、出游距离、出游地点、出游频率等都产生了重要影响;(2)根据对高铁旅游响应程度的差异,可将受访者划分为高铁旅游积极者、中立者和消极者3个群体,南京城市居民对高铁旅游的响应程度总体偏向积极;(3)在人口统计学特征中,文化程度、职业和月收入是影响人们对高铁旅游响应程度的主要因素,本科及以上学历、企事业管理人员和专业/文教科技人员、月收入在5 000元以上的群体,是高铁旅游首先要争取的目标市场。In recent years, the emerging high-speed railway transport has had important influence on people' s tourist behavior. Based on the data from 449 questionnaires, this paper empirically studied the tourist behavior changes of Nanjing urban residents and the group differences in their response to high-speed rail travel. The conclusions can be listed as follows: (1) High-speed rail has significant impacts on the urban residents' tourist behavior such as travel time, mode, distance, destination, frequency, etc. ; (2) According to their response to high-speed rail travel, Nanjing urban residents can be classified into three groups: the positive ones, the neutral ones and the negative ones, and most of them are the positive ones ; (3) Among demographic characteristics, educational level, occupation and monthly income are the main factors that affecting tourists' response to high-speed rail travel. The primary target market of high-speed rail travel has the follow characteristics : having bachelor degrees or above, the enterprises management personnel or professional/cultural and educational scientific and technical personnel, and their monthly incomes are more than 5 000 yuan.
