摘　　要：为了精确探索我国当前社会保障领域中的矛盾和规律,寻找社会保障事业发展的科学途径,选取了23个反映社会保障水平的指标,以2010年的数据为基础,通过因子分析法,对我国31个省市(不含香港、澳门、台湾)的社会保障发展现状进行分析。结果表明,社会保障发展依然主要取决于经济因素,但同时非经济因素也越来越多地影响社会保障事业。此外,不同社会保障项目应当选择不同的发展取向。In order to accurately explore the current conflicts and rules in the field of social security, and to findout the scientific approach for its development, the paper analyzes the social security status of 31 provinces andmunicipalities （excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan） through factor analysis by selecting 23 indicators re-flecting the security level based on the data of 2010. The results showed that the development of our social secur-ity still depends primarily on economic factors, but it is also affected more and more by non -economic factors.In addition, different social security programs should choose different development orientations.
