摘　　要：随着经济社会的发展,养老金双轨制在导致收入差距方面的弊端日益凸显。文章在对养老金双轨制进行清晰界定、系统回顾养老金双轨制前期研究的基础上,以浙江省为调研对象,深入分析了养老金双轨制背景下的收入再分配现状,同时探讨了养老金双轨制和收入分配差距之间的关系以及运行机制,最后基于制度并轨的视角,提出了缩小收入差距的对策建议,以期为浙江乃至全国的养老保险制度改革提供一定借鉴。For complicated historical reasons, China currently has two different pension systems for institutionsand enterprises. With social and economic development, the drawbacks of a double - track pension systemgradually emerged - it not only failed to narrow the income gap in the initial distribution, but further widenedit in institutions and enterprises which poses a serious challenge to social harmony. Using on the double -trackpension system as the starting point, this paper thoroughly analyses the relationship between the double - trackpension system and the income distribution gap, finally puts forward some reflections and suggestions throughsystem integration to narrow the income gap, and hopes to provide reference for Zhejiang and even the nationalendowment insurance system reform.
