摘　　要：随着经济与科技水平的飞速发展,大量数据信息为读者提供了阅读环境,读者需求因此发生改变。读者需求的变化对高校图书馆工作提出了新的要求和问题,图书馆员需要充分地认识到新的信息环境下的挑战,切实把握读者当前需求,主动拓展个性化、多元化的读者服务模式。With the rapid development of economic and technology,large amount of data is provided for readers, and therefore their demands are changed.This change presents new requests and questions to college library. Librarians need to be fully aware of the challenge under the new information environment, and effectively grasp the current needs of readers,initially expand the personalized and diversified reader service mode.
