摘　　要：[目的]评价护士主导的个体化随访对术后行辅助内分泌治疗乳腺癌病人服药依从性的影响,比较3种评价方法对依从性测量结果的影响。[方法]抽取2012年1月—2012年12月在复旦大学附属肿瘤医院首次接受全身辅助内分泌药物治疗的乳腺癌病人,采用电脑产生的随机数字分为对照组和干预组,对照组采取内分泌常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上实施6个月护士主导的个体化随访,采用Morisky服药依从性问卷(MAQ)、服药依从性视觉模拟评分(VAS)和药物占有比(MPR)评价两组病人在干预3个月和6个月时的服药依从率。[结果]干预3个月、6个月时干预组病人MPR均高于对照组(P<0.05),但两组MAQ、VAS值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]护士主导的个体化随访可以提高乳腺癌术后内分泌治疗病人的短期服药依从率。To evaluate the influence of nurse led individual follow up on adherence of patients with breast cancer undergoing postoperative adj uvant endocrine therapy,then to compare the influence of 3 kinds of e-valuation methods on the adherence measurement results.Methods：The breast cancer patients were selected who first received adj uvant endocrine drugs for systemic treatment of patients from in January 2012 to December 2012 in affiliated tumor hospital in Fudan University,and they were divided into intervention group and control group by using computer generated random number.The patients in control group received routine nursing,pa-tients in intervention group took nurse led individual follow up for 6 months on the basis of conventional nursing.Morisky medication adherence questionnaire（MAQ）,medication adherence of visual analogue scale（VAS） and drug possession ratio（MPR）were used to evaluate the medication ad-herence rate of patients between both groups respectively in 3 months and 6 months after intervention.Results：After intervention for 3 months and 6 months,MPR of patients in intervention group was higher（P〈0.05）than that of control group,and there was no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）in MAQ and VAS score between both groups.Conclusion：The nurse led individual follow up can improve short term treatment adherence rate of the postoperative endocrine therapy for patients with breast cancer.
