摘　　要：[目的]探讨专项化护理干预对育龄期宫颈癌病人术后性生活质量的影响。[方法]选取我院妇科2010年1月—2012年12月收治的110例育龄期宫颈癌病人为研究对象,将病人随机分成干预组和对照组,干预组采用专项化护理干预,对照组采用常规护理。采用国际女性性功能评估量表(BISF-W)进行问卷调查,比较治疗前后两组病人术后性生活质量,并分析其影响因素。[结果]育龄期宫颈癌病人术后性生活质量较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、临床分期及配偶的态度是影响宫颈癌病人性生活质量的主要因素;干预组病人性生活频率及性生活的满意度高于对照组。[结论]育龄期宫颈癌病人术后性生活质量显著降低并受多因素影响,采用专项化护理干预可提高育龄期宫颈癌病人术后性生活质量。To probe into influence of specialized nursing inter-vention on postoperative quality of sexual life of cervical cancer patients in childbearing age.Methods：A total of 110 cases of cervical cancer patients in childbearing age in department of gynecology in our hospital from in January 2010 to in December 2012 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,the patients in intervention group received specialized nursing inter-vention,the patients in control group received routine nursing care.The brief index of sexual function for women and BISF W were used for a questionnaire survey,then to compare the quality of sexual life of patients between both groups before and after treatment and to analyze the influen-cing factors.Results：ostoperative quality of sexual life of cervical cancer patients in childbearing age was decreased significantly than that before the treatment （P〈0.05）;age,educational level,marital status,clinical stage and spouse’s attitude were the main factors of affecting the postoperative qual-ity of sexual life of cervical cancer patients in childbearing age;the frequen-cy of sexual life and sexual life satisfaction of patients in intervention group were higher than that in control group.Conclusion：Quality of sexual life of patients with cervical cancer in childbearing age after operation is signifi-cantly reduced and affected by many factors and the specialized nursing in-tervention can improve the quality of sexual life of patients with cervical cancer in childbearihy age after operation.
