棉精梳机钳板与锡林关系的探讨

摘　　要：为了提高棉精梳机的工作性能,减小有效纤维的损伤,从精梳机功能入手,分析了棉精梳机钳板的作用及给棉长度、搭接分离对其开口大小的要求,讨论了锡林工作原理及定位方法,棉精梳机钳板与锡林的位置关系。指出:棉精梳机的钳板和锡林是实现精梳功能的最关键部件,钳板开口与锡林定位关系将直接影响精梳条短绒、棉结和杂质含量;梳理隔距反映了精梳机钳板与锡林的纵向位置关系,而落棉隔距反映了精梳机钳板与锡林的横向位置关系;建议操作者应熟悉设备各部件的作用及配合,做到使用、调整、保养维护相协调。In order to upgrade the combing performance for less damage of fiber, starting with the function of the combing frame, analysis is done to the nipper regarding cotton fiber feeding length and overlapping on the size of shedding. Discussion is made to the work-how of the cylinder and the positioning method and the nipper of the cotton combing frame in relation to the cylinder position. It is pointed out that the nipper and the cylinder of the cotton combing frame are important parts for combing function. The nipping shed in relation to the cylinder position has direct effcet in controlling short fiber,neps and trash. It is necessary for the operator to be familiar with the function of the parts so as to do good coordination in application, adjustment and maintenance.
