摘  要:为了消除并条胶辊产生的熟条机械波、改进成纱质量,分析了普通并条胶辊机械波产生的原因,研制出高抗压并条胶辊;试验表明,高抗压并条胶辊两端圆跳动误差不大于0.02mm,涂料处理后表面手感光滑细腻,圆周形变小,不仅有效解决了机械波问题,还提高了熟条CVm值,减轻了工作强度。In order to eliminate the mech-wave of the drawn sliver resulting from the drawing roller for better yarn quality,analysis is done to the cause leading to mech-wave on the conventional drawing roller. The pressure-resistance dawing roller is introduced. It proves that the round beating error of the drawing roller is less than 0. 02 mm. The drawing roller has excellent smooth hand and less form change when surface treated, consequently finding the solution to the mech-wave and improve the CVm value of the drawn sliver with less labor consumption.
