摘　　要：为了用好梳理针布,提高梳理质量,以江苏悦达为例,详细介绍了针布的选型、维护与保养以及如何发挥先进检测仪器和管理手段的辅助作用。指出,针布的使用应从选型和适纺原料性能入手,并考虑其耐磨性、质量的一致性,兼顾速度、产量和性价比;纺纱企业要加强针布维护保养制度的建立和上车工艺、质量标准的制定,并注重落实;充分利用AFIS检测手段和放大镜检查方法,节约针布资源,满足用户需求。In order to improve the carding quality,sampling Jiangsu Yueda Textile Group Corporation,details introduction is made to the card clothing regarding selection, maintenance and overhauling plus potentials as how to use the advanced equipment and the management to in- crease the card capacity. It is pointed out that selection of card clothing should begin with specification and material selection, considering the abrasion and the quality conformity as well as speed, capacity, price-and-performance ratio. Textile enterprises should pay special attention to the set-up of the regulation of the maintenance and overhauling of card clothing and the criteria about the process and the quality and carry out the same in a concrete way. Only when the AFIS and the magnifier are fully used,can the card resources be saved for the customer.
