摘　　要：解析了纯棉色纺因原料和产品的特殊性给纺纱胶辊控制纤维带来的特殊难题,阐述了如何从胶辊选型、制作处理、相关配套等多方位采取对应技术措施,来缓解胶辊可纺性差、易老化等问题。指出要从胶辊选型、制作处理及配套方面深入研究,可避免或杜绝胶辊可纺性差、易老化等问题。Analysis is done to the material and the specialty of the product which probably resulting in difficult control of the cot for cotton color spinning. Description is done to the measures against poor spinnability and early aging of the cots in the aspects of the cot selection, cot man ufacture,and the assemblying. It is pointed out that it is necessary to do further research on the aspects of the cot selection, cot manufacture, and the assemblying, so as to avoid poor spinnabil ity and early aging of the cots.
