摘　　要：以生产精梳棉/粘50/50 14.6tex赛络紧密纱为例,介绍在传统棉纺设备上利用赛络集聚纺技术的生产方法,重点阐述开清棉、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒工序的工艺参数,并比较了应用进口与国产钢丝圈纺纱质量,提出了提高成纱质量采取的技术措施及应注意的问题;指出精梳棉/粘混纺赛络集聚纺纱综合了集聚纺与赛络纺的工艺特点,其成纱毛羽少、捻度小、条干好、强力高,成本低,附加值高。Sampling the production of the Siro-compact Spun Yarn CJ/R 50/50,introduction is made to the siro-compact spinning process in the conventional cotton frame. Highlight is given to the specifications with the processes including scotching, carding, drawing, roving, spinning and winding. Contrast is done to the travelers both at home and abroad regarding spinning quality. Measuresa and cautions are put forth in increasing yarn quality. Conclusion is made that the blending of the combed cotton and polyester with siro-spinning process is a synthetic process characterized as the compact spinning and siro spinning. It is of less hairiness, low twist, good mass,high strength,low cost and high added value.
