摘  要:为了纺出高质量的棉条,排除USG自调匀整装置的几种非正常报警,重点分析因条干CV值根据设定过严及A%·S超限、D%控制过大或过小、位移传感器失效、伺服电机测速传感器隔距不正确而导致自调匀整装置非正常报警的原因及解决方法。指出合理设置报警极限、保证并条机机械状态良好、时常检查线路可最大限度减少非正常报警,并通过加强管理和分析监测数据,及时修正参数,就能纺出高质量棉条,提高生产效率。In order to produce quality cotton sliver and to remove the abnormal alarm of the auto-leveling system. Highlight is given to the analysis of the auto-leveling system regarding the causes of abnormal alarm such as stringent configuration of the CV value with A%· S exceeding the limit,D% excess big or small,failure of the displacement cell,improper gauge of the speed cell of the servo motor,and solutions are given to the above-said problems. Conclusion is made that sliver quality improvement and better production efficiency can be gained through proper configuration of the alarming limit for better machinery condition, frequent check up of the system for less irregular alarm, in addition to management and inspection.
