梳棉机附加分梳的作用与贡献

摘　　要：为了提高梳棉机梳理效果,着眼于梳棉机纤维梳理路径全程,列表分析梳理区分布、纤维状态及特征;通过对比新、老型梳棉机分梳区布局,指出老型机梳理区布局对梳理效能的制约、附加分梳装置对梳棉的作用与贡献。强调筵棉到棉条在梳棉机上是一个渐变的过程,多区段梳理应依各区段梳理任务及纤维状态特点优化设计和配置梳理元件,是梳理效能提高的关键,延伸纤维路径、扩大梳理区则是梳棉机实现高产、高效的有效方法。In order to increase the carding performance,alming at the whole path of the carding process, the carding section layout, fiber status and the property are enumerated. Through con trast of the carding section layout of both the new card and the conventional card, the limit of the carding performance of the carding section layout is found of the conventional card plus the performance and the contribution of the additional carding. It is a step-to-step progress from mat to sliver. Carding in defferent section should go with the configuration optimization of the carding element considering the section requirement and the fiber performance. This is important while extending the fiber path and carding section is the method realizing high productivity and high efficiency.
