摘 要:目的了解广西城乡居民主要慢性病及其危险因素的流行现状,为制定健康相关行为的干预措施提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样的方法,通过问卷调查、体格检查、实验室检测,对3 599名18岁及以上常住居民主要慢性病及其危险因素的流行水平进行调查分析。结果人群超重率、肥胖率、中心性肥胖率以及高血压、糖尿病、高胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症、低高密度脂蛋白血症、高低密度脂蛋白血症患病率分别为20.6%、5.7%、21.8%、27.9%、7.1%、5.0%、10.1%、46.2%、3.8%;人群现在每日吸烟率、危险饮酒率、有害饮酒率分别为22.8%、7.0%、5.6%。膳食结构不合理,禽畜肉类动物性食物摄入量偏高,其他食物仍较低;盐及烹调油人均每日摄入量分别为10.19克及42.27克。居民能保持经常锻炼的比例仅为9.7%。结论慢性病的发生与不良的生活方式密切相关,应从控制体重、血压、血糖以及控烟、饮食和运动等干预入手,以有效控制慢性病的发生。Objective To understand the epidemic situation of chronic diseases and risk factors, and provide evidence for intervention of health-related behavior of urban and rural residents in Guangxi. Methods Multi-stage stratified cluster sampling was adopted to analyze the epidemic situation of chronic diseases and rick factors of 3 599 residents above 18 years old by the questionnaire, physical examination and laboratory detection. Results The prevalence rates of overweight, adiposity, centralized adiposity, hypertension, diabetes, high TC, high TG, low HDL-C and high LDL-C was 20.6%, 5.7%, 21.8%, 27.9%, 7.1%, 5.0%, 10.1%, 46.2% and 3.8% respectively. The rates of daily smoking, hazardous drinking and harmful drinking was 22.8%, 7.0% and 5.6% respectively. The dietary structure was unreasonable, the intake of meat was on the high level and the other food were still at low. The daily intake per capita of salt and cooking oil was 10.19g and 42.27g respectively.The proportion of regular exercise was only 9.7%. Conclusion The occurrence of chronic diseases is closely related with the bad way of life. To effectively control the occurrence of chronic diseases through intervention measures, such as controlling body weight, blood pressure, blood sugar, tobacco, diet and exercise.
