摘  要:目的分析天津市2008-2012年报告的突发公共卫生事件的发生和特征,提升本市突发公共卫生事件应急管理能力。方法对《突发公共卫生事件管理信息系统》中网络直报资料进行描述流行病学分析。结果 2008-2012年全市累计报告突发公共卫生事件224起,发病9 396例,死亡22例,波及人口数207.84万人。事件以传染病和食物中毒为主,分别占全部事件的85.27%和8.93%。学校为发生突发公共卫生事件的重要场所。结论传染病暴发和食物中毒是预防控制的重点;学校是突发公共卫生事件的高发场所,应给予关注。Objective To analyze the occurrence and epidemiologic characteristics of public health emergencies in Tianjin from 2008 to 2012, and enhance the city's management of the public health emergencies. Methods Descriptive epidemiologic method was carried out to analyze the characteristics of the public health emergencies reported from "public health emergency management information system". Results From 2008 to 2012, a total of 224 public health emergencies were reported in Tianjin which caused 9 396 cases and 22 deaths, influencing 2.078 4 million population. Most of the emergencies were caused by infectious diseases and food poisoning, accounting for 85.27% and 8.93% of all public health emergencies of, respectively. School was an important place of public health emergency. Conclusion Outbreaks of infectious diseases and food poisoning is the focus of prevention and control; Schools have a high incidence of public health emergencies, which should be given adequate attention.
