摘 要:目的应用膜杂交多重检测技术进行人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)基因分型诊断,以了解泸州地区女性HPV亚型的感染状况。方法采用膜杂交多重检测技术对泸州地区712例健康体检女性进行HPV感染定性检测和型别诊断。结果在712例标本中,共检出HPV阳性标本174例,阳性率为24.44%,共检出18种基因型,包括高危型HPV16、18、33、35、39、45、51、52、56、58、59、66、68、81、83和低危型HPV6、11、43。高危型以HPV16、58感染为主,低危型以HPV6感染为主。结论在不同地区的女性中HPV感染率和感染亚型均存在差异。Objective To understand the situation of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection among females in Luzhou through multiplex membrane hybridization technique. Methods Multiplex membrane hybridization technique was used to detect infectious types of HPV among 712 females, who received health examination in Luzhou. Results Among the 712 females, 174 ones were found with positive HPV, the positive rate was 24.44%; 18 genotypes were screened out totally, including high risk genotypes (HPV16, 18, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59, 55, 68, 81, 83) and low risk genotypes (HPV6, 11, 43). The infections of HPV 16, HPV 58 were the main types among the high risk HPV genotypes, and HPV6 infection was the main type among the low risk HPV genotypes. Conclusion There are differences in HPV infection rates and genotypes of women in different regions.
