摘　　要：目的评价四川省艾滋病筛查实验室管理工作现状,考核实验室检测工作质量,进一步健全四川省艾滋病筛查实验室检测网络。方法四川省疾控中心艾滋病确证中心实验室对全省艾滋病筛查实验室进行交叉督导检查和室间质量考评,并对结果进行分析。结果参加2011、2012年四川省艾滋病筛查网络实验室质量考评的实验室分别为451家、552家,优秀实验室分别有343家、415家,2011年无不合格单位,2012年仅有1家不合格。对2011年采供血、疾控、医院系统考评结果中优秀率进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=36.449,P<0.01)。对2012年采供血、疾控、医院系统考评结果中优秀率进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=34.392,P<0.01)。结论通过对下级艾滋病检测实验室采取的督导以及室间质评的管理,各实验室能正常的开展工作,基本满足了四川省艾滋病检测工作的需要。但医院系统的质量管理工作有待进一步加强。Objective To evaluate present situation of management work in AIDS screening laboratory in Sichuan province, to assess the quality of laboratory testing work, and further improve the testing network of AIDS screening laboratory of Siehuan province. Methods The Confirmed AIDS Laboratory in Siehuan province was checked by Center for Disease Control and Prevention by cross supervision and quality assessment, and the results were analyzed. Results 451 and 552 AIDS screening laboratories of Siehuan province were examined and assessed for the quality of laboratory respectively in 2011 and 2012. 343 laboratories in 2011 and 415 laboratories in 2012 were excellent. In 2011, there was no unqualified lab. In 2012, there was only one unqualified lab. The excellent rates of the blood supply system, hospital system and CDC system were compared, and the difference was statistically significant in 2011 （χ^2=36.449, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Through the supervision and quality assessment for the subordinate labs, each lab is able to handle the normal work, and basically meet the need of the HIV testing work in Sichuan province. But the quality of the hospital system needs further strengthened.
