摘  要:介绍了现有的推土机铲刀的形式及特点。分析了新结构的W型铲刀作业时的受力分布,以及与传统铲刀的综合作业性能对比。基于挖掘理论及实验验证,对W型铲刀主要参数的确定方法及工况范围进行了研究。以一款中等马力推土机为例,对各参数进行分析,得到此款铲刀的各参数并建立了三维模型。此种新结构的设计理念,为同类产品的设计开发提供了理论依据。The forms and features of bulldozer which already existed were introduced. The force distribution of the new W-type bulldozer blade and its comparison with traditional blade in comprehensive job performance were analyzed. The main parameters and working range of W-type blade based on the digging theory and experiment was studied. By taking a medium power bulldozer for example, all parameters of the blade were obtained and 3D solid model was established. The development of new structure provides a theoretical basis for design of similar products.
