摘　　要：介绍了柴油p-HCCI清洁燃烧技术的研究成果,结合我国农用柴油机的产业基础和面临的技术难题,提出可满足柴油p-HCCI两次供油条件的柱塞式两次喷油泵的改造方案,为研究开发p-HCCI农用柴油机提供了基础。该柱塞式两次喷油泵的驱动凸轮具有两段升程轮廓线,可相距一定时刻连续推动柱塞两次完成喷油行程,柱塞有两个工作段,每段均有独自的供油边、停油边和螺旋油槽,每段的工作原理与原单段式柱塞喷油泵工作原理相似,每工作循环可实现2次不同喷油量的喷油,调节柱塞与柱塞套筒之间的角度,可按需同步调节两次喷油的喷油量和总供油量。The industrial bases and the lechnieal problems of agricultural diesel engine were introduced, as well as the schemes of the twice injection plunger injection pump which can satisfy the oil supply conditions of p-HCCI combustion. It provided the basis for the development of p-HCCI agricultural diesel engine. The twice injection plunger pump has two sections of lift contour which can push the plunger twice to accomplish the pumping process, the plunger has two sections, both has oil supply linc, oil stop line and the spiral groove, the principle is the same with the original one-section pump, which can achieve twice oil injection in each cycle. The adjustment of angle between the plunger and the plunger sleeve can be synchronously used to control each injection amount and the total amount of oil supply.
