摘  要:在493柴油机上,测试了双流道可变涡轮增压器节流阀控制器升程对燃油耗的影响,以及燃油耗对节流阀控制器升程变化的依存敏感性;在实验基础上,通过加权最小二乘法拟合得到了柴油机最低油耗所对应的转速-控制器升程规律;针对控制器升程曲线的非线性特点,提出了多段线性处理方法,依循方法计算得到了两段式控制器的压力-升程变化关系并设计了两段式膜片-弹簧控制机构,为双流道可变增压器的推广应用建立了基础。The effect of its controller stroke on the fuel consumption of the 493 diesel engine was studied with experiments, The stroke curve for the minimum fuel consumption of the controller was established with weighted least-square method. A multi-section linearization method was proposed for accounting the non-linear property of the fitted controller stroke curve. Then, the parameters for two section linearization controller were developed and a controller with diaphragm-spring was designed. The paper could support the application of double volute variable turbo charging.
