摘 要:为了实现对柴油机NOX和碳烟同步去除,采用柠檬酸络合法制备了一种La0.4Ce0.6Cu0.2Mn0.8O3/HZSM-5催化剂;协同低温等离子体(non-thermal plasma,NTP)发生器,建立了低温等离子体辅助催化(NPAC)系统。通过发动机台架试验,研究了NPAC技术对柴油机碳烟和NOX转化规律,分析了NTP输入电压、排气温度和催化剂活性对碳烟和NOX转化效果的影响。结果表明:当输入电压为7.5kV时,NPAC技术对柴油机低负荷的碳烟转化率较低,这主要是单位碳烟微粒电荷量和催化剂活性不强造成的;当输入电压为10kV时,NPAC技术对柴油机高负荷的碳烟和NOX转化率最好,这主要是在标定转速下,排气温度较高,使La0.4Ce0.6Cu0.2Mn0.8O3/HZSM-5催化剂活性增强。In order to remove soot and NOx of diesel engine simultaneously, a La0.4Ce0.6Cu0.2Mn0.8O3/HZSM-5 catalyst was prepared by the means of citrate-gel method, and a non-thermal plasma assisted catalyst (NPAC) reactor was designed. The bench test was carried out to analyze the conversion mechanism of reducing soot and NOx of diesel engine with NPAC system, and to investigate the effects of the input voltage, temperature and catalysts active on the diesel engine harmful pollutants with NPAC system, When the input voltage was 7.5kV, the soot conversion rate was low by NPAC at low load of diesel engine, which was caused by amount of electric charge of unit soot particulate and the catalyst activity. When the input voltage was 10kV, NOx and soot conversion rate were best by NPAC at high load of diesel engine. As in that condition, exhaust temperature was increased and activity of La0.4Ce0.6Cu0.2Mn0.8O3/HZSM-5 catalyst was enhanced to a high level.
