摘　　要：从国办"58号文"入手,从准入政策、执业环境政策和监管政策三方面,深入分析国家政策对社会资本办医的积极影响,同时指出政策还存在一些空白,有待进一步明确。This article analyzed a leading policy in the country,which was published by General Office of the State Council,and pointed out the favorable influences on private medical institutions in the aspects of access regulations, working environment and supervision. It pointed out policies still had blanks and needed to be improved as well.
