摘　　要：目的:评估信息电子智能化管理对血液透析日常工作的影响。方法:利用前瞻性临床对照研究,评估血透信息电子智能化管理系统对血液透析工作效率的影响;采用满意度调查普查医患双方对该管理系统的满意度和适应性。结果:与常规管理组相比,电子化管理组的透析处方下达和确认时间明显减少,生命体征监测时间明显缩短。医患双方对于该系统的满意度达到91.5%和100%。结论 :血透信息电子智能化管理能显著提高医护人员的工作效率,并且医患双方满意度良好。Objective：To evaluate the effects of applying intelligent electronic information management system in hemodialysis center. Methods：Prospective clinic controlled study was applied to assess the efficiency of intelligent electronic information management system in hemodialysis. Both patients and clinical staffs were surveyed on their satisfaction and adaptability to the management system. Results：Compared with non-electronic information management group,the group with intelligent electronic information management costed less time in dialysis parameter setting and vital signs monitoring. The satisfaction rate of patients and clinical staffs reached 91.5%and 100%. Conclusion：The use of intelligent electronic system for information management enhances working efficiency and satisfaction.
