摘 要:对樟子松林下菌根菌的生态分布进行调查,观测和采集林下真菌子实体,对其进行分离、纯培养、鉴定真菌种类,提出新方法分析樟子松根系外生菌根菌与宿主的生态关系与共生关系。研究发现:从樟子松林下菌根菌的子实体提取和筛选出三种菌根真菌,即:点柄乳牛肝菌、美味牛肝菌和铆钉菌。点柄乳牛肝菌是樟子松与蒙古栎的菌根菌,共生关系应该相对于蒙古栎较近;美味牛肝菌的宿主树种偏向于阔叶的蒙古栎,其相对共生关系也非常近,但无法确定美味牛肝菌是否为樟子松的菌根真菌,只是相对蒙古栎其共生关系较远而已;铆钉菌与樟子松的共生关系相对于蒙古栎较近。In this paper, the ecological distribution of mycorrhizal fungi in forest of Pinus Sylvestris var. was investigated, and the understory of fungal fruiting bodies were observed and collected. The fruiting bodies were isolated in pure culture and the fungal species were identified. A new method was proposed to analyze the ecological relationships of Pinus sylvestris var. roots of ectomyeorrhizal fungi with the host. The study found that : three mycorrhizal fungi were extracted and filtered from fruiting bodies of mycorrhizal fungi in Pinus Sylvestris var. , including Suillus granulatus( L. : Fr. )Kuntze and Boletus edulis Bull. : Ft. And Gomphidius viscidus (L.) Fr.. Suillus granulatus( L. : Ft. )Kuntze is the mycorrhizal fungi of Pinus Sylvestris vat. and Quecus mongolica. The symbiotic relationship should be closer relative to Quercus mongoliea; Host species of Boletus edulis Bull. : Fr. bias in the broad-leaved Quercus mongolica. The relative symbiotic relationship was very close to Quereus mongolica, but can not be determined that Boletus edulis Bull. : Fr. is the myeorrhizal fungi of Pinus Sylvestris vat. , only relative to Quereus mongolica their symbiotic relationship is farther; symbiotic relationship of Gomphidius viscidus( L. ) Fr. with Pinus sylvestris vat. was closer to Quercus mongolica.
