摘 要:为了增加春花种质资源数量,黑龙江省森林植物园先后从吉林省舒兰市和黑龙江省方正园艺研究所引种了不同种源地的樱花(Prunus serrulata),对其植物学、生物生态学特性以及繁殖技术进行了系统的研究。结果表明:樱花扦插采用ABT生根粉1 000 mg/l浓度速蘸,处理插穗上部成活率最高为46%;嫁接采用山桃稠李为砧木,春季枝接的方式,成活率最高为51.6%。引种的樱花抗逆性较强,可露地越冬,成为引种成功的又一优良春花品种。In order to increase the number of germplasm resources of spring/lowers, Heilongjiang Forest Botanical Garden introduced Prunus serrulata from Jinlin Shulan and Heilongjiang Fangzheng Gardening Research Institute. The ecological characteristics, biological characteristics and propagation of Prunus serrulata were studied. Results showed that the survival rate was 46% when the available IBA density was 1000 mg/1 solutions; Padus maackiiwas was used as rootstock and grafting was done in spring. The survival rate was up to 51.6%. So Prunus serrulata had strong cold tolerance and could survive the winter season. It has become another suc- cessful introduction of excellent spring flower variety.
