摘　　要：高等教育面临重大而紧迫的任务和使命是造就高素质创新性应用型人才。根据福建农林大学新一轮学科发展需要,将在福州大学城新校区新建室内工程索道实践与创新训练平台。在收集有关资料和调查研究的基础上,对其进行超前规划设计,加强工程索道实验室建设。对创新训练平台进行整体规划,完善大学生实践与创新平台,主要包括4个模块:索道现场试验平台、索道设备展示平台、索道设备开发平台和索道动态仿真平台建设。该平台的建成,将为培养相关专业学生的专业实践技能和开展更广泛更深层次的工程索道科学创新提供更好的多层次平台,将对大学生创新能力和实践能力的提升起到促进作用,也为人才培养模式和教学改革提供新的思路。The important and urgent task and mission which the higher education faced is to create innovative high quality applied talents. According to the development of a new subject in FAFU, a new large indoor engineering ropeway training platform will be built in the new campus in Fuzhou. On the basis of investigation and study the relevant data, we have done the advanced planning and design in order to strengthen the engineering ropeway laboratory construction. We integrated the planning with innovation training plat- form, and improved the college students＇ practice and innovation platform, which mainly included four modules ： the ropeway field test platform, ropeway display platform, ropeway equipment development platform and the construction of ropeway dynamic simulation platform. The platform would provide a multi - level platform for students＇ professional practice skills and development of a deeper and broader engineering ropeway scientific innovation, which would promote the innovation ability and practice ability of college students, and also offer a new train of thought of the talent training mode and teaching reformation.
