摘 要:利用静电纺丝技术,制备了P(MA-AA)与羽毛多肽质量比分别为100/0、95/5、90/10、85/15、80/20复合纳米纤维膜。利用红外光谱和扫描电镜(SEM)对复合纳米纤维膜进行表征,分别利用电子强力机和表面张力仪对复合纳米纤维膜力学性能和亲水性能进行测试。SEM图分析表明:加入羽毛多肽后,纤维形貌得到很大改善,纤维的直径随着多肽含量的增加而逐渐减小;复合纳米纤维膜的断裂强度先增加后减小,断裂伸长率由156.5%减小到52.3%;羽毛多肽的加入显著提高了纳米纤维膜的亲水性能。P(MA-AA) / feather polypeptide composite nanofibrous membrane was prepared by electrospinning. Various blends of P(MA-AA) / feather polypeptide solutions including 100/0,95/5,90/10,85/15,80/20 were formed. The membrane was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and scan electric microscope(SEM). The mechanical properties and hydrophilic properties of the membrane were tested using electronic strength tester and surface tension meter. SEM pictures indicated that the diameter of the fiber gradually decreased and fiber morphology greatly improved with the increase of feathers polypeptide. The elongation at break of the membrane was decreased from 156.5%to 52.3%, while the tensile strength was increased firstly and then decreased. The hydrophilic properties of the membrane were improved markedly because of feathers polypeptide.
