摘 要:以溶胶-凝胶法制备法制备了凹凸棒石黏土负载纳米TiO2吸附剂,采用FT-IR、SEM、XRD等分析方法对凹凸棒石黏土负载纳米TiO2前后的结构进行了表征。并对Ni(Ⅱ)进行了吸附机理和性能的研究。结果表明:经过高温焙烧后的凹凸棒石黏土负载纳米TiO2吸附剂较负载前的凹凸棒石黏土,因其结构中的结晶水和沸石水脱失,内部孔道面积和表面积增加,活性吸附位点的数量增大,吸附能力有了明显提高。在室温条件下(20~25℃),pH为6~7,吸附平衡时间为120min时,凹凸棒石黏土负载纳米TiO2吸附剂对Ni(Ⅱ)有较好的吸附效果。The attapulgite adsorbent loaded nano-TiO2 was prepared by sol-gel method. The structure of the adsorbent was characterized by FT-IR, SEM, XRD etebefore and after loading. The adsorption mechanism and performance of the nano-TiO2 were studied. The experimental result showed that the crystallization and zeolite water were dropped,the internal pore size and surface area were increased and the quantity of active adsorption sites was improved in the attapulgite adsorbent. So the adsorption capacity of the nano-TiO2 calcinated at high temperature was promoted eompared with the at- tapulgite before loading. The nano-TiO2 had better adsorption effect to Ni(II) when pH value was 6-7 and adsorption equilibrium time was 120minutes at room temperature(20-25℃ ).
