摘 要:采用FTIR、TG-DSC对一种漆包线自粘层用PA6/66/610/12的结构和热稳定性进行了表征,结果表明,PA6/66/610/12为半结晶多元共聚物且热稳定性良好。测试了PA6/66/610/12的熔限、熔融指数和平均相对分子量分别为127.6~137.8℃、40g/10min和1.16×10^4。同时测试了PA6/66/610/12作为漆包线自粘涂层的粘结性能,结果表明,PA6/66/610/12涂层在160~200℃具有良好的自粘结性能,粘结温度是影响粘结强度的主要因素,粘结时间是次要因素。The structure and stabilization of PA6/66/610/12 copolymers were characterized by FTIR and TG-DSC. The results indicated that PA6/66/610/12 were semicrystalline copolyamide and had good thermal stability. The melting temperature range, melt index and average relative molecular weight of the copolyamides were 127.6- 137.8℃ ,40g/10min and 1.16×10^4,respectively. The bonding property of PA6/66/610/12 when it was used as self-bonding layer for enamelled wire was investigated. The results indicated that PA6/66/610/12 coating layer had good self-bonding property at 160 200℃. The bonding temperature was the main factor to the bond strength and bonding time was a secondary factor.
