摘 要:将苯胺单体引入无烟煤的微纳米孔隙及芳香层片中,原位聚合制备出含微纳米结构特征的无烟煤/聚苯胺复合材料,其电导率稳定在101S·m-1数量级。并分别用SEM、FTIR电阻仪和电化学工作站对其结构和性能进行了表征,结果发现:无烟煤与聚苯胺间发生了较强的化学键合和氢键结合。当无烟煤/苯胺质量配比为1/2时,得到的复合材料电导率最高,为72.5S·m-1,制作的电极比电容为84.5F/g,且兼有赝电容和双电层电容特征。Anthracite/polyaniline composites with nanostructure were successfully prepared by in-situ polymerization after aniline monomer was introduced into the micro and nano pores,and aromatic layer of anthracite. The conductivity was stable to the 10^1S · m^-1 order of magnitude. The structure and properties were analyzed by SEM, FTIR, the resistance tester and the electrochemical workstation. The results showed that chemical bonds and hydrogen bonds were occurred he tween anthracite and polyaniline. When the mass ratio of anthracite and aniline is 1/2, the composite powders have the highest conductivity of 72.5S · m^-1 and the specific capacitance of 84.5F/g as the electrode, which had pseudo-capacitance and double-layer capacitance features.
