摘 要:针对西部白垩系、侏罗系软岩地层的冻结井筒,采用牙轮钻头进行冻结造孔施工难度不断增加,钻进效率低、偏斜不易控制、纠偏效率低,为了提高西部软岩地层冻结造孔的施工效率及质量,通过在核桃峪煤矿副井和红庆梁煤矿风井对冻结造孔中钻头进行改进,并对钻进参数进行调整,达到了钻进效率显著提高、纠偏次数明显减少、纠偏辅助耗时短、减小环形空间泥浆置换漏水风险的效果,创造了较高的经济效益,提出在西部软岩地层冻结造孔施工中应用PDC钻头前景较为广泛。The difficulty increases that using rock bit to conduct freezing holedrilling in the freezing shaft in Jurassic and Cretaceous soft rock strata in western China because of low drilling efficiency,being hard to control deflection and low rectification efficiency. In order to improve the construction efficiency and quality,the bit is improved in freezing holedrilling in auxiliary shaft of Hetaoyu Mine and air shaft in Hongqingliang Mine and the drilling parameters are adjusted,to have achieved significant drilling efficiency,rectification number obviously falling,auxiliary time reducing and leakage risk of mud replacement in annular space decreasing,and created greater economic benefits. It is proposed that the PDC bit in freezing holedrilling construction in soft rock strata in western China has a widespread application prospect.
