摘  要:针对目前高铝煤矸石提取氧化铝技术受到高含碳量影响成本高和污染大的问题,基于煤矸石脱碳的目的,对煤矸石的样品进行了磨矿细度和烧失量试验,试验发现存在一部分煤呈微细粒嵌布在煤矸石中。对不同磨矿时间的煤矸石进行了浮选试验,并对在16min时的浮选尾矿进行筛分分析,发现提高浮选入料中细粒级的含量并采用多级浮选可有效降低浮选尾矿的烧失量。据此展开了3种不同的磨-浮工艺的试验研究,并将试验结果进行对比分析,找到了一种最佳的磨-浮工艺,大大地降低了高铝煤矸石的回收利用成本并且经济效益显著。With the problem of serious pollution and high cost from extracting alumina from aluminumrich coal gangue,grinding fineness and loss on ignition experiments have been conducted.Aiming at decarbonization of coal gangue,the results showed that part of coal is finely dis-seminated in coal gangue. Coal gangue after being handled with different grinding time has been studied with the floatation experiments.Sieve analysis of the tailings at 1 6 min floatation has been executed.The increase of the content of fine particle in the floatation feed and introducing multilevel flotation has been certified to reduce the loss on ignition of the flotation tailings effectively. The experimental researches on three different grindingfloating process have been developed. The results have been analyzed comparatively. Finally,an optimal process has been found,which reduces the cost of highalumina coal gangue recycling and has significant economic benefits.
