摘　　要：分析了目前的医院信息系统,由于系统及设备的生产厂商及其实现技术各不相同,无法直接互联互通,导致医院“信息孤岛”现象日益严重的现状,提出基于企业服务总线的医院信息集成平台应用方案,以适配器的方式接入各个异构系统,有效降低系统间的耦合度,可快速实现数据和服务的互联互通,为打造一体化智慧医院整体架构提供可借鉴的参考.The present hospital information systems are analyzed,with finding that hospital information isolated island phenomenon getting worse due to failure of interconnection of various systems and equipment vendors with different technologies.An integrated platform based on an enterprise service bus is proposed for hospital information,which can be connected into these heterogeneous systems,effectively minimizing the inter-system coupling,and achieving data and service interconnection,enabling an integrated and intelligent hospital architecture.
