六味千骨巴布剂的皮肤安全性试验研究

摘　　要：目的:考察六味千骨巴布剂的皮肤毒性。方法:利用健康白兔正常和破损皮肤进行皮肤急性毒性试验,利用豚鼠进行皮肤过敏性试验,利用健康白兔正常和破损皮肤进行皮肤刺激性试验。结果:六味千骨巴布剂对受试动物皮肤均未产生急性毒性、过敏性和刺激性。结论:六味千骨巴布剂的皮肤毒性较低,皮肤外用安全。Objective：To investigate the skin toxicity of Liuwei Qiangu cataplasms.Methods：The skin acute toxicity test was carried out using different dosage of Liuwei Qiangu cataplasms on the integral and damaged back skin from healthy rabbits.The skin allergic test was carried out in guinea pigs.The skin irritation test was carried out on the integral and damaged back skin of healthy rabbits.Results：No acute toxicity,allergy and irritation on the tested skin were found.Conclusion：Liuwei Qiangu cataplasms with low skin toxicity can be externally used safely.
